Many organisations want to support their neurodivergent employees well but are not sure where to start, or have tried generic training that hasn't landed. Elizabeth brings something different: 20 years of building genuinely inclusive environments in education, combined with lived experience of neurodivergence and the practical skills to support individuals and teams. She has worked across law, accountancy, architecture, construction, the arts, the charity sector, adult social care, education, and the health sector.

Initial enquiries are welcome by email at hello@elizabethswan.co.uk or via the Contact page on this website.
A note on scope: Elizabeth's work focuses on practical strategies and neuroinclusive environments - not clinical assessment or diagnosis. Where a holistic approach would benefit, she is experienced working alongside occupational health practitioners and other specialists.
Coaching is suitable for neurodivergent employees who want practical support to strengthen their executive functioning at work, including:
Starting tasks and managing competing demands without becoming overwhelmed. Organising workload and meeting deadlines consistently. Managing strong emotional responses to pressure, criticism, or uncertainty. Building and maintaining boundaries around time and energy. Navigating workplace relationships and communication. Sustaining performance without burning out.
Coaching is available to individuals directly and can also be commissioned by employers as part of a wider neurodiversity support offer.
