About me

I’m Lizzy, an education and neurodiversity consultant and coach with over twenty years’ experience in creating inclusive learning environments.

My career began in New Zealand, in Early Years Foundation Stage settings, before qualifying as a teacher of English as an Additional Language.  After returning to the UK, I qualified as a secondary teacher of Modern Foreign Languages, teaching in mainstream secondary schools across London and Suffolk. I’ve held senior leadership roles in mainstream and specialist schools, and across Multi-Academy Trusts. Along the way, I’ve lead inclusion in schools as SENCo, Designated Safeguarding Lead, and headteacher.

What drives my work is a deep commitment to equity and empowerment for neurodivergent children, young people, and adults. Drawing on my professional expertise, lived experience of neurodivergence, and postgraduate study in psychology, I help translate needs into meaningful action. My focus is on turning understanding into neuroinclusion, building schools, workplaces, and communities where every neurodivergent individual can belong and thrive.
