I work with families, professionals, and organisations. This includes parents navigating SEND systems, neurodivergent employees and their managers, and individuals, businesses or legal professionals seeking expert advice, training, or reports.
No, I do not provide formal diagnoses. My focus is on supporting individuals and families before, during, and after diagnosis, helping you understand needs, implement strategies, and access appropriate support in education, work, or home settings.
I provide CPR35-compliant reports for use in court and professional tribunals on matters relating to education, safeguarding, and neurodiversity in the workplace. I am experienced in giving evidence in both court and tribunal settings.
I support families, parents and schools to better understand and meet the needs of neurodivergent children. I also work with young people where appropriate, but parent, family and school support is often the most effective starting point.
Sessions focus on strengthening executive functioning skills such as planning, organisation, and time management, while building confidence and resilience. Coaching is tailored to the individual and may be funded through the UK government’s Access to Work scheme.
Consultancy involves working with you to review your policies, systems, or school practices to ensure they are neuroinclusive. This may include workplace needs assessments, supporting professional development, or advising on school protocols.
I deliver practical training for leaders, managers, and HR teams to build belonging, accountability, and clarity. Topics include reasonable adjustments, effective communication, and recruiting and retaining neurodivergent talent.
My fees are personalised to each case, with an average hourly rate and session packages available. As every client’s needs are unique, I’ll provide a tailored quote after an initial consultation.
Most sessions are online, making them flexible and accessible. In-person sessions or meetings can be arranged in some cases.
Simply get in touch using the contact form on this website. You'll be contacted to arrange a discovery call, which is an initial discussion to understand your needs and recommend the best way forward.
