Drawing upon my 20 years experience as a qualified teacher, qualified SENDCo, headteacher and post-graduate study of psychology I work as a teacher, coach and education consultant to find or create learning and working environments that empower neurodiverse people to thrive. Neurodiversity includes, but is not limited to, ADHD, autism and dyslexia.
My professional expertise couples with my personal experience as a parent of a child with complex needs and my lived experience as a neurodivergent adult.
